What is the time period for getting something engraved?That completely depends on the item. A cutting board or bracelet will take 3 to 5 days. But a custom LED light or sign may take 10 to 14 days. Just ask us and we will see if we can pin down a time period for you.

Can I pick items up?Absolutely. Our items are available for pick up at One Hour Cleaners, 501 Randall Ave., Cheyenne, Wyoming. Please wait for a confirmation email before picking up an item.

Can I have any logo or image engraved?Yes, if you own the image we can engrave it on an item. We do not create items with copyrighted or trademarked materials. So no Disney, NFL, MLB, etc.
